• We sell only the highest quality fabric sourced from distributors and mills in Canada, the U.S., the U.K., and China.
• You will never find the fabric we sell at Walmart or discount fabric chains; you may find it in high-end fabric stores at high-end fabric-store prices.
• We take great care in cutting fabric and preparing it for shipment. Cutters must wear inspector-standard cotton gloves to prevent snagging by rings or fingernails; no food, drink, pens, markers or pencils are permitted in the cutting room; fabric is sealed in plastic before being handled for shipping.
• We provide more than one shipping option where possible, but prefer a method that provides a tracking number and insurance coverage. Whatever method is used, we charge only what Canada Post charges us for shipping.
• We sell on via our eBay and eCrater stores. Our prices are slightly less on eCrater because of eBay's fee structure. The products and the service are equally great, though.
